Has anyone found a full-fat rahka (or at least one that isn't .02%)? If so, what's the name! Cory |

Not sure what's you're definition of full fat, but the standard Finnish Valio rahka only has 0,4% http://www.valio.fi/channels/www/etusivu/tuotteet/tuoteryhmat/12_01766449111_0_1/171_1028263318_01766449111_3/4201.html |

Does Juustoportti produce full-fat products, but are they unsweetened? Cory, do your full-fat rahka yourself. I always add some cream into rahka. It softens the sour taste and rahka gets smoothier. |

Juustoportti doesn't produce rahka at all, not even a low-fat version. |

It is really a pity that you can't buy full-fat quark in Finland! Here in Germany I always buy the one with over 10 % fat and it tastes marvelous! I guess the only option in Finland is to mix the fat-free quark with cream as someone already suggested! |

In S.Petersburg I could find German alternatives with over 30-40% fat (IIRC, but a lot more than 10%). They were really delicious. |

Elka, was that total fat percentage or did it say i.Tr. after the percentage? The one I buy here says it has 40 % fat, but it means the dry substance fat percentage and the total fats of the product are somewhat over 10 %. It tastes really creamy and yummy! |

While waiting full-fat products...... It might take a lifetime.... Yummy! What a great idea! The idea of making my own full-fat version was just *too* obvious. Thanks! |

And I do not live there any more. But it was really tasty. |
