rahka label the same way as you've learned -sorry

No micro-organisms (different lactobacillus etc.) are included in Finnish
rahka and that's why you should count all the carbs even from the label of lactose-free products, such as rahka and cream.
But there are some products (piimä, yogurt, juices) that has for instance lactobacillus GG (sort of bacterium). But I've never considered that it would change the way of counting carbs
